Hi, I'm Isobel
I'm a Creative Wellbeing Coach, theatre-maker, storyteller, and neurodivergent educator who believes that understanding ourselves is the first step towards meaningful change.I see everyone as the protagonist of their own story. My role isn't to tell you who you should become—it's to walk alongside you as a supporting character, helping you uncover your strengths, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels authentic to you.My work sits at the intersection of creativity, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. I'm passionate about taking complicated inner experiences and translating them into stories and practical tools that help people feel seen, understood, and empowered rather than "fixed."With professional actor training from East 15 Acting School, I bring creativity, emotional depth, and embodied awareness into my coaching. I blend psychology, storytelling, creative practice, and a little theatrical imagination to help people connect with their thoughts, emotions, bodies, and strengths in ways that feel engaging, practical, and lasting. My approach is built around four core values:• Knowledge – because understanding how your mind works is the foundation for growth.• Creativity & Expression – using storytelling, imagination, and creative practice to explore what's happening beneath the surface and find new ways forward.• Self – reconnecting with who you are, how you function, and what you genuinely need.• Authenticity – moving away from "shoulds" and embracing a life that feels true to your values, strengths, and natural rhythm.Services Offered:
